We’re back for another round of a Pilates By Chaise Parker Exclusive Event - but this time we’re taking it outdoors.

I’m so excited to welcome you to the grounds of Pledwick Well Inn for a morning of movement, wellness and connection. Think sunshine, nature, good music, good movement, and a chance to recharge and connect.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute curated mat Pilates class to a live DJ, suitable for all levels, designed to leave you feeling strong and grounded.

After class, we’ll connect over a wellness grazing table alongside your choice of matchas and lattes, giving you time to chat and connect with an amazing community.

You’ll also head home with an exclusive Pilates By Chaise Parker goodie bag, filled with a few of my favourite wellness treats and your own Pilates essentials.
