This in-person event invites you to unwind as soothing sounds wash over you, helping to melt away stress and boost relaxation. A sound bath session includes a guided meditation, sound bath, sharing circle (optional) and chance to pull oracle cards.

What to bring/ wear:

Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on)

Water

Comfortable, warm clothes

Blanket/ pillow for extra comfort or eye mask (optional) The comfier & cosier the better!

Journal (optional)

Disclaimer: Sound baths are generally gentle and low risk but may not be suitable for those with epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, pacemakers or implanted medical devices, or pregnancy in the first 12 weeks (unless medically cleared). Parking: Free 2 hours parking at Illingworth Street Car park (council owned), which is very close to the venue, you may still be required to display a ticket so please check signage on arrival.
