An Instructor led wellbeing ride starting from Havercroft and Ryhill Community Learning Centre

For people who can already confidently ride a bike and want to go on a short group ride to support their physical and mental health.

Friendly and fully qualified cycling instructors will lead the ride

Bikes, helmets and all equipment provided (or bring your own if you prefer)

The ride will last up to 1.5 hours, but will go at the pace of the slowest rider
