Discover what it's like to work as a Support Worker at Bright Futures, supporting people with autism and learning disabilities to thrive.

Join us at our recruitment event and discover what it’s like to work as a Support Worker at Bright Futures, supporting children and adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs to live happy, fulfilling and more independent lives.

You don’t need previous experience in care. What matters most is your passion for people, a willingness to learn and a commitment to providing person-centred support that helps the people we support achieve great outcomes.

At the event, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Find out more about a career in social care and our Support Worker roles available across Worsley, Urmston and Partington.

Meet our team and find out what makes Bright Futures a great place to work.

Hear more about our approach to person-centred support and the difference you could make.

If you’re a strong match for one of our opportunities, apply and take part in an interview on the day

Whether you’re completely new to care, looking for a change of career or already have experience supporting others, we’d love to meet you.
