Poetry, Tea and Good Conversation - A creative poetry session for Neurodivergent Adults, facilitated by Tom, aka The Chubby Northerner.

Morning Positivi-TEA invites you to slow down, share a brew, and explore the power of positive words. In this relaxed session, you'll be guided through simple poetry prompts, designed to help you reflect, write. and celebrate the small moments of joy in everyday life. This session will have a little bit of a festive twist to it.

No writing experience is needed. Just bring yourself, your imagination, and a willingness to share a little positivity.

Come along for poetry, tea and good conversation, and leave with something uplifting to keep or pass on.

The Hosts

My:ND Space CIC is specifically led by, and for Neurodivergent people. We feel that this is especially important to be able to fully empathise, truly understand, and to be able to offer the right kind of support.

Tom (aka The Chubby Northerner) is the creative lead for this project. Tom is a spoken word artist and poet and will guide you through the session and share some of his knowledge to help you write your own poetry. We've been exploring Christmas themed poetry, but with a twist.
