Why investigate Forest Hills?
The modern hotel stands on the long-established Mersey View site. Its history includes Victorian pleasure grounds, a roller-skating rink used as a First World War auxiliary military hospital, post-war dancing and live entertainment. The Beatles performed at the Mersey View Ballroom on 20 April 1963.
Reported experiences shared with DeadLive include moving shadows, a man in dark clothing, a woman apparently asking for help and the unexplained sound of children. These are reports to investigate rather than promises of activity.
Guests will take part in guided investigation sessions, quiet vigils, traditional experiments and opportunities to use paranormal investigation equipment. Nothing is staged and no particular experience can be guaranteed.
