Taking place on 6 May 2027 at Walton Hall and Gardens in Warrington, this monthly walk offers an hour of respite for anyone affected by the loss of a baby. Various performers will be present to support attendees through their unique journeys during this welcoming event. Admission is free, though it is strictly limited to participants who have experienced perinatal loss.
Take an hour for yourself. A welcoming monthly walk for anyone affected by the loss of a baby, whatever your journey.
Our Time for You Walks are a chance to step outside, take some time for yourself and spend an hour alongside others who understand.
Whether you want to chat about your baby, talk about everyday life, walk in silence or simply enjoy being outdoors, there is no expectation and no right or wrong way to join us.
These walks are open to anyone affected by the loss of a baby, including miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy, TFMR, stillbirth, neonatal loss and the death of a baby shortly after birth.
We warmly welcome mums, dads, partners and adult family members aged 16+. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you'll always be welcome.
What to expect
🤍 A relaxed one-hour walk.
🤍 Friendly Elsie's Moon volunteers.
🤍 A welcoming, understanding and pressure-free environment.
🤍 Walk at your own pace.
🤍 You're welcome to chat, walk quietly, reflect or simply enjoy some fresh air.
A gentle reminder
Our Time for You Walks are wellbeing walks rather than organised support groups. They are designed to give people the opportunity to get outdoors, take some time for themselves and focus on their wellbeing alongside others who understand.
Our volunteers are not trained counsellors or therapists, and the walks are not intended to replace professional support. There is no expectation to talk about your experience, and equally no pressure to stay quiet. However you choose to spend your hour is entirely up to you.
If you're looking for additional emotional support, we'd be happy to talk to you about the other services available through Elsie's Moon, including access to specialist baby loss counselling.
