Tough Mudder is an adrenaline-fuelled experience packed with mud, teamwork, and determination as you tackle legendary obstacles designed to test your strength, endurance, and mental grit.

The 5K course with 12+ epic obstacles will push you to your limits to climb, crawl, splash, and conquer your way to the finish line alongside friends and fellow challengers. No experience is required, just a sense of adventure, a willingness to get muddy, and the determination to see it through. Cross the finish line, earn your finisher medal, and take pride in achieving something truly unforgettable.

Take on the challenge of Tough Mudder and help transform lives with Islamic Help's sustainable water solutions. Every muddy mile and obstacle you conquer will help provide vulnerable communities with long-term access to clean, safe water - reducing waterborne diseases, improving health, and creating brighter futures.

Once registered, you will receive an email from Islamic Help to help you set up your personal fundraising page and start raising a minimum of £250. By signing up, you agree to raise the minimum funds for the challenge. Please make sure to meet your target before the challenge ends - raising early gives you more time to exceed it! Islamic Help reserves the right to cancel spots for those who don’t meet the fundraising goal.

WHO CAN JOIN?

This Tough Mudder is open to all individuals aged 14 and over. No prior experience is required!

A plastic bag or waterproof gear bag is useful for muddy clothing afterward.

Entry fee is non-refundable.

Photography & videography may be in place. Content may be shared by us and/or third parties for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know on the day.

If under 16 years of age, participant must be accompanied by an adult. We expect everyone to behave in an acceptable manner, and follow the instructions and rules laid out by the hiking guides.
