Coventry & Warwickshire MICE Venues Association unites industry leaders to boost collaboration, share insights and shape businesses

Join Coventry & Warwickshire Convention Bureau and fellow venue partners for our Q3 MICE Venues Association Meeting on Wednesday, 16 September 2026, hosted at the British Motor Museum.

As the business events landscape continues to evolve, this session will explore how Coventry & Warwickshire venues can strengthen their position in the MICE market, better understand buyer expectations, and maximise opportunities through industry engagement, trade shows and connections with event planners.

This meeting will focus on expo participation and industry engagement, exploring how venues can maximise opportunities through attending key MICE exhibitions, build stronger relationships with buyers, and increase their visibility within the business events sector.

The session will feature an interactive panel discussion chaired by Toby Batchelor, Head of Commerce at the British Motor Museum, bringing together experienced voices from across the business events industry:
