About This Event

A supportive group for anyone who has experienced the loss of a baby at any stage of pregnancy or shortly after birth, recently or long ago. These creative sessions in nature are for anyone who has experienced the loss of a baby at any stage of pregnancy or shortly after birth, recently or long ago. You do not need to be experienced at art making. Anyone can create land art with natural items and the elements. This support group led by two facilitators with profressional and lived experience of baby loss. We will be meeting in a peaceful community garden that will be secure for our session. All disscussions are confidential,. During the session we will be sharing an intention for what we want our time to offer us. We will then learn how the natural seasons can help us process feelings of grief. Facilitators lead a short mindfullness meditation followed by an art making segment where particpants collect natural materials from the garden and create a piece of land art. The process will be explained in the session. We conclude by sharing warm drinks and refreshments together.
