MOVEMENT @ Motionhouse Monthly freeflow where Ecstatic Dance meets 5Rhythms and the dancefloor breathes with you

JOIN THE MOVEMENT at Motionhouse!

Our dances are gaining recognition as a standout holistic dancefloor experience. Honouring the best is dancefloor culture and honouring the energy of the group and the individual.

Room4movement is built around these tribal understandings in a new monthly dance offering blending Ecstatic dance, 5Rhythms and freeflow into an immersive culture sound experience for beginners and experienced dancers alike.

A space to move into alignment, to listen inward, and to cross thresholds we've been standing at the edge of.

This isn't a class. It's not a performance. It's a floor to arrive on exactly as you are, and move from there.

Room4 movement delves rhythmically into the benefits of movement. Physical, emotional, creativity, grounding, wellbeing and community connection.

Our sound leans into soulful, tribal, uplifting and deeper rhythms to move the vibe and hold the container.

No steps to learn. No one watching. Just you, the floor, and whoever walks with you.
