Jessica's Promise had an idea to run a Summer holiday Yoga session for young people - offering an opportunity to embrace movement for both physical and mental health while removing barriers. With Nuffield Health Warwick teaming up with us, we've brought this idea to life.
You don't need to bring anything with you for our event - just yourself. All equipment included and facilities on-site. Reach out to Claudi at Eleutherial Yoga for any enquiries on @eleutherialyoga, 07745918022 or eleutheriallife@gmail.com. Please arrive earlier to account for the need to sign a PAR-Q (regarding health and fitness to participate). Please ensure you are medically clear to participate in exercise, including Yoga. On arrival, show Reception your free ticket.
