Parking is limited at Warwick Space but there is nearby on street parking

You will learn how movement can be used alongside talking therapy

You will explore your own movement in the practical sections

You will gain more understand of how your own body responds to movement

The workshop is heavily focused on practical experiences

Bring a blanket and or pillow to sit on or wrap up after the movement sections

Bring any refreshments you will need as these will not be provided.

There will be a short 15 minute break during the afternoon.

When you arrive you will receive a booklet containing copies of the slides

The booklet also contains a section for note taking

Please bring a pen / pencil or other art materials to record your reflections

You will receive a certificate of attendance
