About This Event

Weave Together: Exploring Creativity in Early Years Practice will be held at Whitnash Nursery School in Royal Leamington Spa. This event aims to inspire early years practitioners through creativity and professional learning, featuring a workshop led by Matt Shaw. Attendance is free.

Weave is excited to invite you to our first in-person event - an inspiring afternoon of creativity, connection and professional learning.

Join Weave Stronger Practice Hub for our first in-person event, bringing early years practitioners together for an inspiring afternoon of creativity, connection and professional learning.

We are delighted to welcome Matt Shaw, Artist in Residence at Whitnash Nursery School, who will share how creativity has become embedded across the nursery school’s environment and practice.

Matt will explore his work as Artist in Residence and the school’s involvement in the Energiser Project, which celebrates children’s creativity and voice.

The afternoon will include a practical, hands-on workshop, offering opportunities to explore materials and resources, exchange ideas and reflect on how creativity can be encouraged within your own setting.

You’ll also have the chance to meet the Weave Stronger Practice Hub team, discover the support and professional development opportunities available and connect with fellow early years practitioners.
