As Mr Spock might have said “It’s a Speyside, Jim, but not as we know it.” Come and join us on a whisky flight - to sherry, and beyond!

Think about it: it's 5.30 pm on Sunday 25th October. The clocks went back last night. It's already dark outside. The Crown Inn, Harbury is open; lights are on and people are inside gathering for a tasting of six single malt whiskies that are from - or make you think they're from - Speyside. Sounds good? Come along and join us - no previous experience of whisky necessary. We won't force you to eat a haggis, you don't have to wear a kilt, and we - probably - won't be serenaded by bagpipes. As before, our friends at Decanter Spirit, Leamington will be working with us on the lineup, which will include drams from distilleries newer and older, large and small, well known and lesser-spotted, with both 'official' and independent bottlings.
