Heads Up Therapies Lacrosse Taster Session

Join us for the Heads Up Therapies Lacrosse Taster Session run in conjuction with England Lacrosse!

You do not need to be a Heads Up Therapies client to attend this session. We welcome all adults with a brian injury and encourage support workers and therapists to attend and participate in the session for free.

This event is a perfect chance to get a feel for lacrosse, learn some new skills, and socialise. Whether you’re a total beginner or just curious, everyone’s welcome. Grab a stick and join in!
