Join us at the hub for a night of socialising with other Men, about all things Mental Health & how we can look after ourselves and our mates

Off the back of our first piloted mens night, we have decided to keep these a regular occurance!

The lovely Zoey from Zen Wellness will start the session with some grounding and sound. Then Phil from Bean Better, will be there to offer brews etc.

We will have a few men there on the day to talk about different topics - you can either come & listen or join in on the chats too!
