Since 2026, our re-launched ‘Queering Connections’ is now a diverse series of programmes (https://www.thewinchestergallery.soton.ac.uk/events/) that invites gallery visitors to queer all our exhibitions, with expert hosting by Department of Art and Media Technology staff and students, Winchester Gallery staff, local artists, community members, and more. About the Organiser The Winchester Gallery is a research-led teaching space for collaboration across Winchester School of Art that presents a continuous programme of temporary exhibitions. We emphasise the continuity between research, education, and knowledge exchange, showcasing the work of staff, alumni, and our wider network around the world. We invite the public and the University community to interact with artists and the artistic process, creating opportunities for dialogue about issues and ideas that affect us all.
