A Sound Journey: what to expect

During the session you will be gently guided into approximately one hour of immersive sound, using instruments including crystal singing bowls, designed to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and encourage deep rest.

No previous experience is needed—simply come with an open mind and allow yourself time to relax.

Whether you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply looking for an hour of peace, you'll be warmly welcomed.

To make your Sound Journey as comfortable as possible please bring:

A cosy blanket - to keep warm as you relax

A pillow or cushion - for extra comfort and support

Warm socks - to keep your feet cosy

An Eye Mask (Optional) - to help you switch off

A bottle of water - to stay hydrated

Comfortable clothing - something soft and easy to relax in.

Comfort is important, so please bring whatever helps you feel cosy and supported.

Yoga mats and bolsters are provided.

Important information

Sound baths are generally suitable for most people. However, they may not be appropriate if you:

Are in the first trimester of pregnancy

Have uncontrolled epilepsy

Have a sound-sensitive medical condition

Have any concerns about lying down for around an hour

If you're unsure whether a sound bath is suitable for you, please get in touch before booking.

There are 15 spaces available, and booking is essential.
