Wates is proud to deliver 56 The Bishop’s Avenue, a landmark later‑living residence for Riverstone in Hampstead Heath.

Designed to set a new benchmark for high‑quality, sustainable homes for over‑65s, the scheme includes 93 luxury apartments and an extensive suite of wellbeing amenities, supported by an all‑electric, net‑zero‑in‑operation strategy and pioneering modern methods of construction.

*All attending this site visit must have the following PPE: A hi-vis, hard hat, gloves, glasses and protective footwear. *
