Restore balance and reset your mind under the warm glow of candlelight at Drayton Garden Village Hall. All levels welcome.

Candlelit Yoga at Drayton Garden Village Hall

Join us to welcome this transition into the Autumn and Winter season under the soft glow of candlelight.

For two classes a month over November, December and January, we will practice a soft flow to calmly offer time to restore our bodies and minds during this seasonal shift.

Come along on Tuesday evenings to practice a slower paced Vinyasa flow, including more emphasis on Pranayama as well as breathwork and nervous system regulation.

Meet yourself on the mat surrounded by the glow of candlelight to nurture our bodies, breathe, practice gratitude and let go of what we no longer need.

All levels welcome.
