Alberto Ares shines a light on your last unclosed deal, with a follow-along audit of 12 questions that show when and why sales fizzle out.

Some deals stall or get vetoed for reasons you never see. Find out why, so you can fix the broken link in the chain and win more deals. In this session, you'll apply the 12-point checklist of successful sales to one of your deals, with guidance from Alberto Ares (https://www.linkedin.com/in/alberto-ares/).

Alberto's 12 years of experience in business to business (B2B) technology sales includes closing deals with Microsoft and Vodafone and exceeding quotas while selling personally. He has also supported founder-led teams to achieve a repeatable sales process in his work with RevEngine. Today he leads commercial work at Pi School, an applied AI company.
