Ecstatic Dance Berkshire has been running for 4 years. One word that often comes up in our closing circles is... Medicine. With Ecstatic Dance, the combination of heart opening cacao, conscious movement and a non judgmental, safe space... creates a magical opening where we feel able to reveal our true selves. Through Medicine Dance we've been bringing this together with other wonderful Medicine like Breathwork, Mantras and Connection.

Our Ecstatic Dance Berkshire Medicine Dance was born in 2024 when a group of beautiful souls gathered together to dance, connect, experience true freedom and heal, in this hidden paradise in Windlesham. What makes this event special? This is a gathering, not a festival. We have one main schedule running through the weekend which allows us to connect more deeply as a group. We would absolutely love you to join us for the whole weekend, embracing the offerings and space, and creating some beautiful connections. However, we've also created Day Ticket options. Food is INCLUDED! Saturday Lunch & Dinner, Sunday Lunch Included (All Vegan and Gluten Free). Please bring your own food for Friday Dinner and Sunday Breakfast if you are staying on site as these are not included. Please be mindful when using the shared kitchen, that this is a vegan event.

The Space

Step onto the land and feel the powerful energy of the elements. The vibration of this 25 acres of land can be felt the moment you arrive as it hums with the loving energy of those who own, care for and live on the land.

We'll dance, move and play barefoot on the grass, practice mindful awareness as we wander through the woodland, and flow into ease and joy as we witness the lake in all her glory. Whether you choose a whole weekend or just a day, a wild swim or a walking meditation through the ancient trees, the energy of this special lake offers a chance for deep peace and healing.

This is the perfect space to Just BE.
