The Monthly Breathwork Sanctuary at Breathwork Sanctuary in Hayes provides a space for physical, mental, and emotional restoration through breathwork. This session is designed to help participants disconnect from daily stress and improve their well-being, with a ticket price ranging from £33.00 to £40.00.
Step out of the noise of daily life and into a dedicated space for profound physical, mental, and emotional restoration.
Breathwork is one of the most powerful, evidence-based modalities available to down-regulate the nervous system, reduce chronic stress, and positively transform your mental well-being. The Monthly Breathwork Sanctuary is your recurring opportunity to disconnect from the demands of the outside world, connect with a like-minded community, and nourish your body and mind.
"The breath is the bridge between body and mind - between the conscious and the subconcious".
The Modality: Conscious Connected Breathwork During this workshop, we utilise a therapeutic technique known as Conscious Connected Breathwork. This deep, continuous, and full-bodied breathing pattern effectively bridges the gap between the conscious and subconscious mind.
By altering our physiological state through the breath, we temporarily bypass the analytical "thinking" mind. This allows the body to safely access and release suppressed or repressed emotions, physical tension, and energetic blockages that often manifest as chronic pain, anxiety, or dis-ease. We are simply giving the body the environment it needs to tap into its innate capacity to heal and return to a state of harmony.
The Benefits: For many, this practice is deeply transformational. Regular attendees report experiencing:
Physical Restoration: Reduced physical tension, lowered inflammation, and enhanced daily vitality.
Nervous System Regulation: Significant reductions in chronic stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
Mental & Emotional Clarity: Resolution of stagnant emotions, limiting beliefs, and old somatic holding patterns.
Expanded Awareness: Profound states of joy, deep gratitude, and a clearer connection to intuition.
By the end of our time together, you will feel deeply grounded, present, and recalibrated.
Your Space & Support
To ensure the highest standard of care and attention, spaces are strictly limited to 10 participants.
