We begin by slowing the body through long-held, supported yin postures, allowing tension to melt away and the nervous system to settle. From here, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing meditation, bringing balance to both body and mind.

This is your space to pause, soften, and reset — leaving you grounded, restored, and ready to step into the week ahead with clarity and calm.

Sukey - Yoga teacher and facilitator

Sukey is a wellbeing practitioner.

She is qualified to support individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns, as well as those considered at risk.

She uses an integrative mind-body approach to help clients create meaningful change.

Sukhe holds a degree in Modern Drama Studies and is trained in a range of wellbeing modalities.

She qualified as a yoga teacher, including pre- and postnatal yoga.
