FREE Exclusive Training for our local Voluntary, Charity & Statutory Sector in the Slough, Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead area.

Alan Hester is running a focused and interactive 2 hour in-person session on Time Management training workshop tailored specifically for organisational teams and volunteers. The training recognises the unique challenges faced by people balancing multiple responsibilities, limited time and high expectations.

Participants will explore practical tools and techniques to:

Prioritise tasks and responsibilities more effectively

Manage time pressures and competing demands

Reduce stress and improve focus

Balance volunteering, work, and personal commitments

Work more productively both individually and as part of a team

The session is highly practical, encouraging reflection, discussion, and the sharing of real‑life experiences to ensure learning can be immediately applied. So bring your notepad and pen.

This training is free to join but there is a cost for us to deliver.

**NB. A charge of £30 will be incurred for non-attendance not notified to us within 48 hrs of the course start time; this will be invoiced to you or your organisation.
