Walking Within is a gentle guided nature walk for women at a turning point. It is not about distance or fitness. It is about creating space to pause, notice what is unfolding within, and enjoy the restorative benefits of being outdoors.

What to expect

A gentle guided walk through Ruislip Woods (approximately 60–75 minutes)

Time to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself

A relaxed pace with no pressure to keep up

Coffee and conversation afterwards for anyone who would like to stay

A small, welcoming group of women

We will meet at King's College Road Car Park, Ruislip Woods (HA4 8BQ) before setting off together.

This walk will go ahead with a minimum of one participant, creating a calm and personal experience.
