Consent & Medical Information

All participants must have a completed consent form, including emergency contact, medical information, and photography/filming permissions, submitted prior to the event.

Children without a signed consent form will not be able to participate.

Supervision & Safety

A qualified safeguarding lead and first aid trained staff member will be present throughout the session.

Coaches will maintain a supervision ratio of at least 1 adult to 10 children.

Emergency Procedures

In case of any emergency, first aid will be administered, and emergency services will be contacted immediately if required.

Parents will be informed promptly of any incidents.
