26th September – KPG Sponsored Walk Back by popular demand, the annual KPG Sponsored Walk returns this September. Join Kaleidoscope staff, supporters and friends (both two and four legged!) for this 10 mile walk, taking in a waterfall, a Stone Age pathway and the beautiful vistas of the Shropshire countryside. We’ll meet at Carding Mill Valley (Address: Carding Mill Valley, Church Stretton, Shropshire SY6 6JG) and walk a circular route taking in both sides of the Long Mynd, with a stop halfway at the Bridges pub for a glass of something refreshing. This event is open to everyone – whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just looking for a great day out, this is a wonderful way to get moving, meet people and raise money for a good cause. Date: Saturday 26 th September 2026 Time: 10am meet Starting point: Carding Mill Valley, Church Stretton, Shropshire SY6 6JG Route: Long Mynd and Ratlinghope Trail, Shropshire Distance: Approx. 10 miles All we ask is that you: Register by 19 th September to secure your place Pledge to raise £100 in sponsorship Bring your walking boots and a smile Sign up today and be part of something special.
