Orchard Sessions are Hideaway Edge’s intimate live music events, set within the private orchard for immersive, up-close performances in a unique natural setting.

For this special Orchard Session, we are honoured to host Chris Eaton, whose songs include Sir Cliff Richard’s Christmas No.1 Saviour’s Day and the much-loved Breath of Heaven (Mary’s Song).

Piano for Your Thoughts is an intimate live piano performance showcasing Chris Eaton’s artistry as both a pianist and composer.

Chris is performing instrumental pieces, most of which have never been heard before, creating a unique and memorable musical experience. This afternoon of instrumental relaxation music invites listeners to close their eyes, open their minds, and embark on a personal journey of reflection, stillness, and inner calm.

Set amongst the orchard surroundings of Hideaway Edge, this unique performance offers a rare opportunity to experience Chris’s music in an exceptionally personal setting.

Helpful Information

Check-in and access to the Orchard and Bar from 12pm. Latest entry is 1.45pm.

Performance from 2–4pm with breaks.

A small selection of tables and chairs are available; however, guests are invited to bring their own blankets or chairs to sit on and relax whilst enjoying the performance.

There is an onsite bar selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and bar snacks. Tea and coffee are also available. (Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed on site.)

Dogs are not allowed at the event.

A limited number of free parking spaces are available on site. Additional parking is located in lay-bys on Sandy Lane and Comber Road, which are a short walk away.
