Come Home to Yourself is the first in our Journey Within retreat series, lovingly created to offer you time away from everyday responsibilities and an opportunity to reconnect with yourself.

Whether you're beginning a new chapter, looking for some much-needed rest or simply wanting to do something special for yourself, this day is for you.

Your retreat experience

Opening Sharing Circle

Begin the day in a welcoming, supportive circle. Set your intentions, connect with others and take a moment to arrive fully in the present. Sharing is always optional.

Gentle Yoga

Enjoy a gentle yoga practice to release tension, connect with your breath and ease into the day. Suitable for beginners, with options to move at your own pace.

Sacred Scents – Incense Stick Making & Burner Decorating

Explore your creativity as you make your own incense sticks and decorate a flat wooden incense holder.

Bring intention and personal meaning into your creations, which will become part of your beautiful take-home gift bag.

Nourishing Lunch & Refreshments

Enjoy a delicious lunch, light snacks and hot drinks, with time to relax and connect with others.

Reiki & Sound Healing with Andrea – Green Room Reiki

Settle into two hours dedicated to deep rest and relaxation, combining Reiki and the soothing sounds and vibrations of sound healing instruments.

Comfortable beds, pillows and blankets will be provided so you can fully relax.

Closing Sharing Circle

We end our day together with a gentle moment of reflection, gratitude and connection before you return home.

A little something to take home

Every guest will receive a thoughtfully prepared gift bag, including their handmade incense sticks and personally decorated wooden incense holder, along with a few extra treats.

Spaces: Limited to 12 guests

Your £55 includes all retreat activities, lunch, refreshments, materials and your take-home gifts.
