About This Event

Cuppa Squad Diabetes Support is scheduled for 1 December 2026 at the Holiday Inn Express in Walsall. This session offers a friendly environment for individuals to support each other and discuss various topics related to diabetes.

Join us for a warm, friendly diabetes support session; encouraging each other and discussing interesting topics.

We welcome you to join us for a free workshop to support those living with pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, simply learn more about prevention of developing diabetes or supporting a loved one all over a nice cuppa.

We encourage peer to peer support for each other to feel less isolated with your health condition and also discuss interesting topics, fun quizzes and challenges to help support and manage your diabetes and overall health and wellbeing.

The free warm and friendly workshops run monthly on the 1st Tuesday of every month 1.30pm to 2.30pm.

If you can’t make the face to face sessions we also offer online support sessions.
