Free CPR awareness alongside defib use, controlling a traumatic bleed and choking awareness session being held at 4Community Trust. FREE: Adult CPR & Defib use training Come learn how to save lives with easy CPR and defib skills in this free, hands-on training session. Free first aid and CPR/defib practical session led by Hearts in the Stand CIC These sessions are available to residents who are 18 and older. Please DO NOT book tickets for anyone below the age of 18. In this session, you will learn: How to perform CPR (Practical with mannequins) How to control severe bleeding.
