A free 12-week fortnightly wellbeing and personal development programme supporting men as they rebuild their lives after prison. Men's After Prison Care & Reintegration Workshop Returning to the community after prison can present many challenges. This free 12-week programme has been created to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment where men can rebuild confidence, develop practical life skills and work towards a positive future. Delivered by REE-CHARGE CIC, this fortnightly workshop combines wellbeing support, personal development and peer connection to help participants overcome barriers and move forward with confidence. Throughout the programme participants will explore: Emotional wellbeing and resilience Personal growth and confidence building Healthy communication and relationships Housing and independent living skills Financial wellbeing and budgeting Employment, education, skills and future planning Community support and successful reintegration Whether you're looking to improve your wellbeing, gain practical knowledge or simply connect with others who understand your journey, this programme offers a welcoming and supportive space. This programme is open to: Men aged 18+ Individuals who have previously served a prison sentence Those looking for support with reintegration, wellbeing and personal development Cost FREE to attend Advance booking is required.
