Have you ever noticed how easily you move when you’re at home, music playing, no one watching?

That feeling of freedom… of letting go… of being fully yourself?

Happy Dance is a space to experience that again — together.

This is a daytime silent disco where you’re invited to move in your own way, without steps, without pressure, and without needing to perform.

✨ What Happy Dance Is About

Happy Dance is about moving away from worrying what others think, and gently coming back to yourself.

It’s not about dancing “well”.

It’s about listening to your body, letting go of inhibition, and moving in a way that feels good to you.

There’s no choreography to follow, no expectations, and no pressure to move in any particular way.

Some people dance.

Some people sway.

Some people stay still.

All of it is welcome.

The music is eclectic and uplifting — moving through gentle acoustic, indie folk, pop, R&B, bashment, bhangra and feel-good global sounds — all chosen for their uplifting, empowering feel and to support whatever energy feels right for you in the moment.

This is a relaxed, supportive space where you can come exactly as you are.

It’s also a lovely way to meet like-minded people and feel part of a warm, friendly community — whether you come on your own or with someone else.

If it’s your first time and you find the session isn’t for you, just let us know on the day and we’ll arrange a refund — no awkwardness.

✨ Spaces are limited — booking is recommended.

Walk-ins are welcome where space allows, on a first, come, first served basis. A walk-in check in will be available between 10:15-10:20am, to allow time to receive and complete the registration forms, before pre-booked participants arrive.
