Why Mountain Biking is Great for Children

Mountain biking offers so much more than just riding a bike. It helps children develop balance, coordination, fitness and resilience whilst encouraging independence and confidence. Spending time outdoors has also been shown to improve wellbeing, reduce stress and provide a healthy break from screens and technology.
