Sandwell Stanzas brings open mic poetry nights to libraries across Sandwell, creating welcoming and accessible spaces for people to share their words, discover new voices and connect through poetry.

Whether you’re an experienced performer, sharing a poem for the first time, or simply fancy coming along to listen, you’re very welcome.

The evening will include plenty of open mic opportunities, followed by a headline performance from Morgan Birch.

You don’t have to perform to attend — listeners are just as welcome!

Accessibility: We want Sandwell Stanzas to be as welcoming and accessible as possible. If you have any access requirements or would like to discuss anything before attending, please contact the organisers.

Sandwell Stanzas is delivered by AccessAbility Arts, working with Sandwell Libraries & Archives, and supported using public funding by Arts Council England.
