The Neuroinclusive Education Network module at Rushall Primary School will feature a focused session for secondary staff, exploring the barriers autistic young people face in accessing employment and the benefits of inclusive workplaces. The session will cover practical tools to prepare students for work, support successful transitions, and work with employers to create accessible recruitment processes and meaningful employment opportunities.

Staff working with Year 9 and above preparing for transition, leadership, SENCOs, and pastoral teams are encouraged to attend. This module is suitable for secondary and post-16 settings.
