Unplug, unwind, and soak up the cozy magic of Christmas with good company and festive cheer.

Who's ready to put Christmas down for a few hours?

The lists. The shopping. The planning. The pressure to make everything magical for everyone else.

And somehow, in the middle of making Christmas wonderful, we can forget to leave a little space for ourselves!

So here's your invitation to do just that.

Christmas Calm is a couple of hours of gentle Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and live sound - a chance to slow down, release some of the season's stresses and give yourself permission to simply be.

We'll ease into gentle movement, settle into deep rest surrounded by the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gongs and other instruments, then finish with time to connect, reflect and integrate, with festive treats to enjoy together.

No rushing. No to-do lists. No need to be anything other than yourself.

Just a little breathing space in the festive chaos.

Gentle Yin Yoga Yoga Nidra & immersive live sound Time for connection, reflection & integration Festive treats and time together

And why not make it a gift?

Bring a dear friend and share the experience. Because sometimes the loveliest Christmas presents aren't things at all - they're time together, shared experiences and memories made.
