It is advisable to wear wellies as the field can be muddy, access to the field is via a none maintained rough uneven track, no dogs or sparklers and there are no toilets at the or disabled parking at this event.

To help avoid traffic congestion on Church Road please park on the side of the road highlighted in green. Do not park on the side of the road highlighted in red. Please park considerately and please do not block access to resident’s drives or emergency service access.
If you enter Crowle by Lower Crowle Road, you will be asked to turn your vehicle around before parking so as to be facing the right way to leave with the traffic exiting from Froxmere Road by the one way flow of traffic we are encouraging. The exit point from the village using this recommended route will be at What3words: Pills.Revolting.Often.
Please remember this is a local Scout and School event run by volunteers. Marshals are available to provide guidance and to help but some delays will be inevitable.
