This interactive session brings behavioural profiles (such as DiSC or Insights Discovery) to life using a facilitated, VR-based team escape challenge. Under time pressure, natural habits, communication bottlenecks, and conflict triggers emerge in real time – giving you a safe environment to observe, reflect, and shift behaviours.
