The Comeback Huddle is essentially a run club - for injured athletes.

If you've ever been sidelined by injury, you'll know the toughest part often isn't the physical side. It's the isolation. Watching your team train without you, losing the routine and the community that came with your sport, feeling like you've been quietly cut off from a world you used to be part of. The Comeback Huddle exists to bridge that gap.

We'll start at Fit3sixty, where we'll have the private gym floor space entirely to ourselves - just us, no one else training around you, no self-consciousness about where you're at in your recovery. Together we'll work through some simple, guided rehab exercises, with physios on hand throughout if you've got questions or just want a second opinion on how something feels.

From there, we'll take a short walk to GoodRoots Coffee Shop, where we'll carry on the morning in a more relaxed, informal setting - a chance to properly connect, chat, and get to know the other people in the room, away from any pressure of "training."

It's the same spirit as a run club - showing up, moving together, and connecting with people who get it - just built for the days your body won't let you run.
