About This Event

As part of our #SafeSpace project, Al from Legions gym will be sharing his knowledge and taking us through boxing fitness sessions. Al is qualified counsellor, but there's no pressure or expectation, you don't need any previous experience or equipment. Just come down, have fun, talk if you want or just listen and feel better for it! Fortnightly on a Tuesday at 8pm.
