Join Santa in person at the HWPC Christmas Festival on 5 December 2026, 13.30–13.55—fun for friends and family!

Join the Heworth Without Parish Council Christmas Festival 2026 Meet Santa session with friends and family at Heworth Community Centre.

Meet Santa: 13.30–13.55

Your booked session is on Saturday 5 December 2026, 13.30–13.55. Please arrive at the meeting room door 5 minutes before your session begins.

Everyone in your party who is visiting Santa—including parents and carers—must have a ticket. This helps manage room capacity and keep the session from becoming too busy. Each child booked to see Santa will receive a chocolate selection box.

Enjoy the festival

Before or after your session, you’re welcome to enjoy the rest of the free festival, 1–4pm in the main hall. Activities and refreshments include fun crafting, refreshments from Heworth Women’s Institute, and a charity tombola by the SPAR.

For an allergen-free or non-food gift, or with any other questions about the event, email clerk@heworthwithoutparishcouncil.gov.uk.
