A safe place to express yourself. There are no instructions, just the freedom to choose however you want to move. Some days this might be just lying and listening to the music. Other days a complete exploration to follow wherever your feet take you...balancing, running, skipping, jumping, spinning...all is welcome!

This Dance class will be held by Eliza Bouwens certified 5Rhythms teacher since 2016.
