Hannah Grace is an award winning Welsh singer-songwriter with a voice that can seemingly sing anything. With a first class honours degree in Jazz Vocal performance from The Royal Welsh College Of Music and over 65 million streams to date her music and timeless voice has captured an ever-growing loyal audience. She uniquely blends the sounds of soul, jazz, folk and pop and reflects on self love, and leaning into optimism through her lyrics.

Her power ballad version of Fatboy Slim’s Praise You brought her worldwide recognition. The track was used for multiple global ad campaigns, including Lloyds Bank and Lancôme (which starred real-life earth angel Julia Roberts).

In 2020 she released Remedy, her critically acclaimed debut album, which includes the singles Feels Like Home, Different Kind of Love and With You - which all made the BBC Radio 2 Playlist. She has since gaining huge support from Dermot O’Leary & Sara Cox. Hannah is a well established live artist touring with Gabrielle Aplin, Hozier, Seal, Train, Jess Glynne, The Staves and most notably opening for Barbara Streisand in Hyde Park. Hannah also found a fan in Lady Gaga who called her a ‘superstar’ , John Mayor who showcased one of her songs on his radio show and Jools Holland who said she has a ‘beautiful voice with wonderful songs'.

Since becoming entirely independent Hannah started again and built everything from the ground up. With no label, management, publisher or live agent. Hannah went on to record her long awaited second full length record with Nashville based producer Christian Harger. Following two sold out album fundraiser shows in London and her Patreon community she went onto self fund the album she always wanted to make entirely independently.

Since the initial albums release in August 2025 the record has already gained over 3 million streams. Hannah went on to independently book and plan a 15 date sellout UK & EU headline tour (2025) funded by the Women Make Music Award by PRS and a follow up sellout 2026 headline tour celebrating the deluxe release. Both the album (and the stunning duet collaboration with Gabrielle Aplin) were put forward for Grammy Consideration by members of the Academy for the 2026 nominations.

Touring continues to be an integral part of Hannah’s career and her incredibly loyal fanbase is growing with Hannah set to play her biggest UK & Ireland headline tour to date in Spring 2027 and an EU tour in the Autumn, following a brand new EP. All this alongside her online following doubling during the Bigger Picture campaign last year. This brand new era promises even bigger things for Welsh singer-songwriter.
