We are hosting the next York Rise and Grind Sourdough Social and would love for you to join us. This is a low-key, friendly space for local bakers of all skill levels to talk through the challenges of maintaining a starter, share tips on shaping techniques, and trade loaves. Whether you have been baking for years or are still trying to master your first successful rise, this is a chance to connect with others in the area who share an interest in sourdough. We keep things casual, so just bring along a loaf you have been working on if you feel like sharing, or simply come by to chat and learn from the group. It is a great way to troubleshoot any issues you are having with your hydration levels or flour blends while meeting some new people in the local community. If you are planning to come along, please let us know by RSVPing so we have an idea of numbers for the space.
