Beginner level pickleball sessions for anyone looking to get active delivered by Grampian Pickleball Club and supported by Sport Aberdeen.
Join us for a beginner level accessible pickleball session! Perfect for anyone who is currently inactive and looking to get moving regularly, someone returning to physical activity after some time away, someone who is recovering from injury or surgery and people living with long term health conditions and physical disabilities.
The sessions will help participants build confidence , make new friends and enjoy the sport in a less competitive setting. No previous experience of playing required. Equipment will be provided on the day.
All participants are encouraged to sign up in advance and make us aware of any additional support needs.
