As December gathers pace, pause, put down your to-do list, step away from the seasonal rush and enjoy an evening just for you.

Join Kate from Sacred Sounds Sound Healing for a nurturing midweek sanctuary, bringing together guided meditation, immersive sound and live intuitive vocals in a softly lit, welcoming space.

We’ll begin with a gentle grounding meditation inspired by the stillness of winter, giving you time to settle into your surroundings and connect with your breath.

Then, lying comfortably beneath your blanket, you’ll be surrounded by the sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, delicate chimes and live intuitive vocals. There is nothing to achieve and no particular way to feel—simply an invitation to listen, rest and experience the evening in your own way.

Your evening includes:

• A gentle, winter-inspired grounding meditation• An immersive sound bath with live intuitive vocals• Optional essential oils• An oracle card to offer a moment of reflection• A warming seasonal herbal tea to ease you back into your evening

This is a little space within December to feel cosy, supported and free from demands. Come alone for some time to yourself, or share the evening with someone who would welcome a pause too.

What to bring:

thicker yoga mats are supplied but feel free to bring anything else to lie on to increase your comfort. Bring a pillow for your head and a warm blanket, along with anything else that helps you feel supported when lying down. Cosy layers and warm socks are recommended, as you may feel cooler while resting.

No previous experience of meditation or sound baths is needed.
