The Morning Grounding Club is a gentle, practical monthly gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and begin your day from a place of calm rather than constant doing

Together, we'll journey through my 3 Grounding Flows™:

1 Grounding back to your Self – returning your attention inwards.

2 Grounding in the Moment/the Space – reconnecting with the present.

3 Grounding with the Earth – finding calm through nature.

No experience is needed.

Just come exactly as you are.

Our Morning Together

☕ Arrive

Meet for a hot drink before we take a gentle walk together to our gathering spot at the Beehive

🌿 Ground

Be guided through the 3 Grounding Flows before choosing your own quiet spot in nature or remaining with the group to receive gentle Reiki.

✍️ Reflect

We'll come back together for gratitude and journalling before closing with a beautiful piece of healing music.

Leave feeling calmer, clearer and with your attention gently returned home.

Please bring: We will be in doors for the first 2 flows, but outside for flow 3 so wear weather-appropriate clothing
